              Registration

 FALL 2010 registration is now closed for teams interested in joining our league. 

Individuals may sign up until OCTOBER 15th

 FORMS

Individual Registration Form (.doc)  Each player needs to submit one of these and turn it in with a waiver and release!   If you've arranged to play for a team, submit this form to your Team Captain.  If you don't have a team and would like us to place you on a team that needs players, submit this form to the League.  

Team Registration Form (.doc)-  Includes the total cost for Fall 2010. Only Team Captains need to submit this form to the League.

 Waiver and Release (.doc) Everyone needs to sign & submit one of these and turn it in along with a registration form each season!  (Submit it to your Team Captain if you're playing for a team, or to the League if you're an individual in search of a team)
